What you're buying
Products sold here are self-hosted code templates, delivered as access to a private GitHub repository. There is no hosted service, no managed infrastructure, and no account beyond the repository access itself — you clone the code and run it on your own machine or infrastructure.
License
On purchase, you're granted a non-exclusive right to use the code for personal or commercial projects, without restriction on the number of projects or deployments you run it on.
Reselling or redistributing the template itself is prohibited. You may not repackage, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the source code — or a substantially similar derivative of it — as a standalone product to third parties.
Support
Minor updates are included at the seller's discretion for 12 months from the date of purchase. This isn't a support contract: there's no guaranteed response time, and no commitment to any specific feature or fix. Significant new features may be released as separate paid products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
